Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay to your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping time

We currently ship to Australia only. Choose Standard Shipping (10-20 business days) or Express Shipping (5-10 business days) at checkout. Delivery times may vary slightly by item and location, and may be longer during peak periods. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update once you receive this email.

 

Damaged or lost items

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at lowkeycooked09@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue, including arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
